Day 1

Our first day was shaky. Breakfast went well; it tasted surprisingly good. Lunch was a failure. Too much rosemary for my liking and too much asparagus for Chad. Supper was delicious! And then we headed to the mall to buy shoes. And the food court was so tempting. And we were hungry. And we had Ben along...who bought some yummy Chinese food!! It smelled so, so good, but we did not give in. We came home and made a fruit smoothie, like good Paleo people.

Yay for us! We made it through our first day!


Breakfast: Egg Torte
Lunch: Tuna Scramble
Supper: Garlic Chicken with potatoes and green beans
Snack: Berry Smoothie
