For the entire month of September, Chad and I are changing how we eat. Our inspiration came from the Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. He suggests that we should eat like our ancestors did. What did the hunter-gatherers of the past eat? Wild meat, veggies, some fruits and nuts and seeds. (No twinkies!)
So, we've decided to try a relaxed version of the Paleo diet. No dairy, no gluten, and no processed food. The Paleo diet doesn't allow rice or potatoes, but we are letting those slide.
The upcoming days will be fun and challenging. We're going to celebrate our anniversary and Chad's birthday with a little different food than what tradition dictates. We ask for your support and encouragement! :)
