We are getting the hang of this! We've learned to make do with what we have; only two eggs this morning which is enough for omelets...so we had pancakes instead. We've also learned that we need to shop more frequently. We are out of peppers and onions and eggs and strawberries and blueberries. And tomatoes. Haha. Preparation is everything!
Breakfast: Paleo pancakes topped with maple cream
Lunch: Spaghetti leftovers/baked potato, meat sauce and green beans
Supper: Venison steak stir-fry
Snack: Jerky
